The Traveling Trophy was an intricate part of the
Nebraska /Colorado Football experience.
Highly coveted by the winner of the contest, the trophy would reside in the state of said winning team until unseated by the other!
In those days, Colorado rarely held the 3 tiered mini monument of football glory!
